Example for Prevention Goals - Prevention is better than cure, yes it is the core of prevention goals.In order to avoid negative outcomes and to maximize the chances for success one tends to take preventive measures.For example - When a marketing agency launches an add campaign it takes preventive measures in order to make sure that no communities feels offended which will eventually have the negative impact of the campaign.These kind of measures focuses more on the pre-processing then post-processing.

Examples for Value diversity - Diversity is when different kind of people,with different mindsets and different sets of belief come together.Value diversity is when those people differ in the core idea of the task which eventually leads in conflict..For example - For a team working for the betterment of the people suffering from malnutrition - Some of the members think that the ultimate goal of the team is to restore the health of the malnutrition person better whereas the other part of the team believes that the goal of the team is to find the permanent solution to the problem by working out it in root level and not just providing the nutrition to the malnutritious people.
