We live in a complex world whose management is becoming increasingly difficult. Although information technology and information networks accelerate and facilitate the acquisition, processing and use of information, the risks in the complex world remain or even increase. Sophisticated calculation models are used to predict and anticipate the emergence and realization of risks, but even the best models are incapable of understanding complex networks and the weak links that lie behind them. On the other hand, digital networks can influence democratic decision-making in sovereign states, such as Russia's involvement in the US presidential election. Digitalization is already here, and the megatrend is showing no signs of slowing down. However, researchers, decision-makers and the general public are interested in the new effects of digitalization, both positive and negative. Blockchain technology is a very factual solution to the complication of stockpiling, authenticating and safe guarding data. It is a decentralized and excessively secure database.

This means Humans will no longer be doing all the tasks that machines created with Technology does faster and accurately.
