Unity and teamspirit are the most important aspects. Members of union have to be united at all times. No matter what the situation is, a union member will not abandon his team. Also, the team will always support all it's members even in the toughest of times.
Injustice on one member will be injustice to the entire union team.
We will ensure no one, even the management disrespect any of our members.
We will settle our differences within the team itself and not let any external party interfere in our matters.
We shall not side management in case of deferring ideas and objectives.
We shall respect each and every member to the union.
We shall support the majority mandate of the union.
