How can you re-interpret intolerable stress to make it tolerable?
Stress is the most common think that happen to us every now-and-then, the only difference though that some are tolerable to a certain extent and some become extremely heard to deal with. So, what measure we can certainly come up with when dealing with such extreme level of intolerable stress. The first thing that we can do is ignoring, it is easier to say but hard to implement in a stressful situation but it will help us to live in a positive environment. If Ignoring becomes harder than we should deal with the situation effectively such that it doesn’t harm us.
Coping with stress might include finding good things within a stressful situation which will help us to keep ourselves deviated from the negative influence of the situation. We have to just focus on what we can control and what changes we could make to the situation and see all the changes as an opportunity. Thinking with a cold mind and not reacting to it aggressively can be a game changer for such situation because some time showing rage makes us frustrated and we try to destroy things, engage ourselves into hot conversation and ended up throwing things and beating up people or destroying ourselves. To adopt such state of mind meditation can be helpful because it helps to find the inner you and look deep into your thoughts and finds ways from the scratches. With help all this stress can be bearable and tolerable to a great extent.
