Answer: Stress can abe happen to anyone and there are various factors which influences the stress. Due excess workload, family or personal issues stress can occur. It can be prevented as by various methods such as:

  1. Exercise: Exercise provides peace to the mind. One should walk for at least 35 minutes daily to improve the mental health. Exercise makes our body more active and keeps negative energy away.
  2. Meditation: This is one of the best method through which one can make his mind calm. Keeping calm and giving time to self l, retains the energy.
  3. Healthy diet: To avoid stress it is necessary to avoid junk or caffeinated Beverages. Healthy diet enhances the nutrition intake which keeps mind and body healthy. When a person will be free from diseased condition, there will be less chances of stress.
  4. Proper sleep: One should have a sound sleep for at least 6 hours. People who have poor sleeping habits have mental stress and poor digestive system.
