In today's highly competitive market, it has become increasingly important for companies to have a realistic approach towards managing an organization. For this, rapid development is only possible when the core concepts of the companies in terms of inclusiveness and having a diverse culture are implemented appropriately.

Here inclusion refers to permitting all sections of the society getting equal rights to join a firm and to be part of the decision making process and be judged on their skills rather than factors such as religion gender etc. Having a diverse firm means having a huge pool of people that come from all sections of the society

The reason why, having a diverse workforce and being inclusive in which the company recognizes the differences among people, acknowledges the same and is real in its approach are as described:-

Speaking of Internal Factors, an organization which has a diverse and inclusive workforce, is seen as being more innovative and productive. This is because the talent pool available for the orgnisation increases and people having their own differences in opinion help the company in having a higher insight about market scenarios than it ever would.

Further, employee turnovers can be reduced and a company's corporate image largely get effected if it promotes an equal approach in which it sees the talent of a person they are hiring instead of factors such as gender, race or orientation etc.

To have a talent pool that has an answer to all problems which a company will face, inclusion is required. It is important for a company to realize that it operates in a society which has different needs and wants and is ever changing and therefore every section of the society should be allowed to work in the company.

This also has a positive impact on the brand value of companies and they become more lucrative for people to work for thus making talent easily available for the firm.

Such strategies make countries more independent and help in increasing the overall welfare within an economy as it promotes development across all sections of the society.

Conclusion:-

Diversity and Inclusion refer to practices in which a company opens it doors to every section of the society and does not differentiate in people on the basis of factors such as caste, religion etc. All hiring in such firms is limited to talent alone which allows for easier generation of revenue for a company and higher technological innovation, Finally this reflects on the status of the country as a whole as well and most developed countries have laws that prevent companies from doing the opposite.
