1.The stationary phase in size exclusion chromatography is A. resin.

2.The column that would elute the protein the fastest is C. column packed with negatively charged resin. Proteins with many positively charged residues are attracted to negatively charged resins and will therefore bind strongly to the resin. To elute the protein, a higher concentration of salt or a more extreme pH can be used to disrupt the electrostatic interactions between the protein and the resin.
