The various behavioral signs in the group of cohesiveness would be the people who respect one another at each phase, they show respect for all that they do and work towards achieving a common goal for it. There is loads of affection, care and concern and the people look towards one another with all the sympathy, empathy, compassion and kindness. It is a very peaceful environment where people tend to care for one another no matter what the situation is. I think anything which hurts the individual sentiments of the group, be it letting the people not know what they want or even disrespecting their value sentiments is something which shall not be accepted and hurt their feelings. We have to refrain from talking about various aspects of gender, caste, race and other differences which may evoke feelings of seclusion among the people at large.
