Recall a recent experience with a local company where the service was exceptional. You will be writing the company a business evaluation letter that outlines your experience and why you felt the service was great.In order to provide an effective and professionally written business evaluation, you must ensure you provide sufficient detail throughout the letter and also remain professional and polite. The following should be included in your business evaluation letter:Provide details surrounding your experience and the exceptional service. In order for the company to understand exactly what happened, you need to clearly explain the situation from beginning to end. Include all details. Details should include, but are not limited to:-Date and time of experience-Service/good that was provided/purchased-Individuals involved (the specific employees and/or managers, were you by yourself or did the experience involved other customers, etc.)-How did the experience/situation unfold. Explain in detail why you felt the service/product was exceptional. As with the last requirement, you need to explain this in detail in order to ensure the company gets the full picture. The company will likely want to give praise to the applicable individuals and you want to ensure this is done correctly.

Communication – Requirements

A professionally written and communicated letter should be submitted. Communication requirements of this report include the following:-Letter format including addressing the letter to the appropriate personnel and providing your contact information for future follow up-Correct spelling, grammar, punctuation etc.-Concise and clear writing-Arial, 12-point font, single spaced, 1 inch margins-Logically organized with use of headings, bullet points where appropriate, paragraphs etc.-Professional tone-Minimum ½ page, maximum 1 page

Dear Sir,

I am writing to provide feedback on an instance of the services rendered by your company, as a regular customer of the Wealth Management services provided by your bank.

I have been a customer of your banking services for more than 10 years now and have been handled over the years by several wealth managers over the period. While I am, in general reasonably satisfied with your services covering investments, tax advisory and banking operations, I was pleasantly surprised by the way a specific request of mine was handled recently to my benefit.

As you would know, the current worldwide situation with the Coronavirus pandemic has led to a lot of financial disruption for individuals worldwide, and many people across the country are facing issues across many fronts. I was similarly faced with a scenario where, despite my best efforts I was in a position where I could not make my credit card bill payment for the February 2020 cycle, which was due on 3rd March. The amount in question was fairly significant and I was expecting a delay of about two weeks due to these unforeseen circumstances. I reached out to my designated relationship executive Mr.XXX through the chat interface on the registered mobile app with my issue and sought a solution on 1st March.

To my pleasant surprise, I received a phonecall from the senior manager Ms.YYY who is handling my account and she took the relevant details from me over a call. I explained my situation and asked if it could be resolved. While she couldn't make an immediate decison as she needed approvals, she said that me being a Privilege Customer they would try their best to work out something and promised to get back immediately. I received another call back from her within the same day saying that she had been able to obtain a payment deadline extension as a one-off service gesture in light of the genuine problems I was facing and explained to me the process to be followed.

I duly acted upon her advice and am happy to state that my issue has been resolved with great alacrity. In light of this I would definitely like to commend the efforts of Mr.XXX and Ms.YYY is working together as a team and takind quick decisions to resolve an exceptional situation. This is usually a good sign for the enterprise from a leadership point-of-view and cases like this could be highlighted internally within the management team as best practices.
