ABC Company is a book order company that sells books via internet. When a customer places an order, the system checks books data for completeness and determines the price, then the customer is asked about his/her details and payment information. If the customer account is correct, the system checks customer details and determine discount. The system verifies the credit by checking the accounts receivable. If credit is OK then the system fills the order, else it requests repayment. To fill an order, the system checks the inventory and adjusts the stock. If the book is available, the system makes shipping note and sends it to the customer with the books and invoice. If the book is not available, the system sends the order back to the customer.
