Any idea needs to get approved by higher authorities. However, a well-prepared idea has a better chance of getting approval. Therefore, pre-planning is necessary before the presentation of an idea.

I would prepare for the idea presentation by researching the idea, the supporters and especially those who oppose the idea. This will help me in being prepared to ease the doubts and confusion of those who won't support the idea readily.

Moreover, all the relevant data which favors the idea must be present and fact-checked to ensure better reception. When backed up with authentic facts, most ideas tend to be accepted as legitimate.

The above steps will help me in being prepared with the questions that might arise and I will have relevant information at hand. This will prove my confidence in my idea to those I am presenting it to.
