please discuss the ideas of Pavlov, Skinner, and Kahneman as to how humans think. What is the significance for managers?

The ideas of Pavlov highlight the conditioned behaviour of humans or individuals. Behaviour of the individuals can be made to be repeated under certain conditions. This idea can be used by the managers through providing rewards which may be monetary and non monetary if the employees achieve specific targets.

The skinner highlights the positive and negative reinforcement which happens in the work place. If the specific work is being appreciated by the managers then positive reinforcement will take place and vice versa. This can be utilized be the managers through providing positive recognition and rewards to employees.

Kahneman highlights two different systems of thinking, system 1 highlights fast and emotional thinking, the system 2 highlights slow and logical thinking. The managers can use this types of thinking based on the critical situation of the organization.
