You are the leader in the project, the project is now behind schedule and the team is not working well. You find out that the main reason is one of the teammate possess low emotional intelligence and some of the teammate don't want to work with a individual. Base on the leadership concept, what would you do?

Based on the leadership concept I will do the following tasks

• Setting up ground rules: I will set up a ground-rule in the official meeting to aware of the team members to keep personal conflict aside to work collaboratively within the office premises. Moreover, I will monitor whether the team members are working for team interest or not.

• Encourage to apply the best in the task: I will encourage employees to use their emotional intelligence to achieve the organizational goal. Emotional intelligence depicts the application of interpersonal wittiness to accomplish the administrative task. The employees should be encouraged with reward and performance recognition policies to apply their emotional intelligence.

• Arranging a meeting between the person wh do not work with each other: A meeting between the two conflicting individuals can be arranged to understand their opinion about each other. It can clarify the reason for conflict, which is helpful to find out a possible solution according to the issue.
