(a) False:-  When industrial design is registered it will give protection for 15 years from the date of registration.

(b) True :- In Canada after registration of trademark you will get the right to use the work for 15 years.

(c) True :-  Certification issued by the Canadian Intellectual Property officer can be used as evidence in the court of law to prove that you own copyright.  

(d) True :- A patent remain in force for 20 years from the date of filing of application return or when the date of grand of patent is given.,
