1) Aspirin produces an analgesic effect because it is an non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs known as NSAIDs.

Aspirin role:

The role of aspirin is to thin the blood. It prevents the clumping of platelets and that prevent the coagulation of blood. It has a anti-thrombotic action by preventing the thrombosis formation by inhibiting the acetylation of platelet cyclooxygenase.

The role of aspirin is anti-coagulation by preventing the clumping of platelets it thins the blood and removes the clot in stroke. In Ischemic stroke the aspirin removes the blood clot over the vessel.

The role of aspirin in cardio vascular disease/heart attack there is a block over a blood vessels which causes a reduced blood flow to heart and results in heart attack/cardiovascular disease. The aspirin has a anti-coagulant action which prevents the coagulation of blood and it also reduces the clumping of platelets. This prevents and manages the heart attack.

The low dose of aspirin is safe to use and also it will prevent the heart attack/cardiovascular disease and stroke. The high dose of aspirin results in various side effects like indigestion, Irritation and bleeding of gut, nausea, vomiting etc..
