Considering the above phrase of working on the Pepsi brand in the marketing department, I would apply primary research by using questionnaires sent to the customers or target people to know their insights and the reasons for their loyalty towards brand. Because, qiestionnques method helps to obtain first hand information, it can support getting answer in one or the other form with alternative questions asked in a very effective way. And also it doesn't consume much time, nor it involves any travelling or other costs.
