Product Demographic :Identifying a target market that is based on variable factors such as age,gender,religion ,sex,ethnicity.

For example:Cosmetics.Foods and Beverages,Home appliances ,

Geographic :Targeting or segmenting customers living in a particular area.It target geographical potential customer that may of a state or particular countries.Examples:Seasonal products,Beach products,Monsoon products.

Psychographic:

This market segmentation is based on peoples belief ,values,personalities,attitudes,interest or lifestyle.

examples:Development of tour packages for high income family ,middle income and low income family.

Behavioral:

When a total market is being divided into smaller groups that is generally based on their buying habits.

Example :their are few customers who are brand specific.Another could be hospitality .certain people who choose only a specific airlines.
