Describe an industry application, a process that satisfies the first law of thermodynamics, but not the second law. Describe a product or system that manufacturers claim to minimize entropy generation for that process. Think outside the box as to how the entropy generation could be decreased further. (Design ideas cost more to incorporate than the money saved by the corporation.) How is entropy affected by processes?
