Answer:- Cooking with an electric stove can also have a negative effect on the environment and also health hazards to human. The truth is that both gas and electric stove emit particular matter, carbon monoxide (CO), carbon dioxide (CO2) and other volatile organic compound when frying, roasting and grilling the food. The smell will associate with burnt fats or oil (and may have grown accustomed to growing up) is a strong indicator for harmful pollutants released during cooking. Different between gas and electric stove is the percentage of indoor concentration they emit. Electric stove is work by generating a field of electromagnetic energy.
