Dear Sir,
This letter is to request you for shifting to the workplace. As we have extend our business activity and scope of work, these activities can not be coped up with the current office space. We are currently working in 2000 sq. feet area but for smooth running of our business activity, we require minimum 5000 sq. feet area with good enviornmental conditions.
Right now the space is sufficient for 10 personnel but in last month we have appointed 7 to 8 persons, so that is the other reason for occupying the bigger workspace.
Kindly approve for occupying the other space suitable as per our requirement.
