3M is hugely regarded as one of the most influential when it comes to the use of corporate sustainability approach and has been doing so for the past three decades. Usually, we see brands involving themselves with social media in order to interact with their customer, promote their products and brands but they do not take into account the fact that social media, which is one of the biggest platforms in the world, even more so than television media can have so many other uses in their strategic direction and growth.
