Explanation -

A. Proteins are least soluble in isotonic point . Globular proteins soluble in water ,but fibrous proteins are not soluble in water . However , proteins show lowest solubility in isotonic point .

B. The net ionic charge is zero. The isotonic solutions have equalent concentrations. The charge of 1 solution balances that of other . That is ,the net charge of isotonic point is zero.  

C. Repulsive forces between proteins are at a minimum. Which means that , they are quietly attracts or make no attractions or repulsion . Rather than protein to protein interaction , they interacts with water if there is a charge at protein surface . That is , the repulsive forces between protein to protein are at minimum at isotonic point .

D. The pH of the solution may vary from protein to protein. At isotonic point, proteins has it's lowest pH. The pH may vary from 5.4 - 8 .
