Question
conduct an in-depth evaluation and assessment on Glassroots inc

Identify the vision, mission, and purpose of this organization.

1. From the information that you gather, identify key strategic issues on

--- fundraising and

--how to get more volunteers organization.

Answer

-

Fundraising:
The fundraising will have difficulties since this is a very niche initiative and it involves specific people with very specific interests which involve creativity in glass making or glass art. This form of art, though special is very niche and has a very limited number of consumer base hence limiting their chances of finding appropriate people to raise funds from. The niche level of these art forms is the reason behind the key strategic issues of this initiative.

How to get more Volunteers:
To get more volunteers on these art forms which has a niche consumer base it is imperative that one spread the knowledge and awareness about these art forms to spark off the interest in the prospective users. Having different promotional activities such as conducting workshops, visiting the corporate office, etc can help in kickstarting the promotional activities and hence gaining more users from these promotional activities. using word of the mouth strategy becomes very useful in such scenarios.
