Trust :-

Trust is a central part of all human relationships, including partnerships, family life, business operations, politics, and medical practices.

According to organizations point of view you have trust and faith in your team members abilities, decision-making skills and judgment is a great way to open them up to trusting you.Leadership is not only about you being a great leader it's about helping your team become the best that can be.

Trust is requisite in work place day to days so that everyone feels that they are there at right reasons, working towards common goals that are made transparent.

A leader can built a trust among his followers through helping the teams mates, giving them proper guidance, and also by encouraging them for the work they have done. Leader have to keep his team mates motivated towards the work. Trust boosts morale and nurtures a positive company culture.

Once you destroy trust,  break the bond of trust , trust  is the most difficult facet of your culture to rebuild. You can build a culture of trust  in your organization if you steer clear of actions that destroy trust. A leader can destroy a trust by keeping information to there ownself. Without specific reason not to share an information, always keeping information confidencial. Also not appreciating for the work done by team mates , not maintaining trasperency between the team members and the leader etc. can destroy the trust.
