Finance is one of the main source which helps healthcare organization to achieve short term as well as long term objectives. finance and funds helps healthcare Facilities to run day to day operations like purchase of new medical equipment, salary and wages to staff, procure of facilities and other benefits to patient living in long term facilities like beds, medicines, food, etc.

The Financial planning like budgeting put financial constraint like making healthcare good for patients and human resource at quality but at low finance. this can be a difficult task but financial planning helps top management to allocate funds on resources so that human resource in different department can provide good services to specific population.

When there is lack of funds or tight budget then human resource like nurses in healthcare facilities like long term facilities, or mental health care facilities etc tend to stressed out because of high work pressure and low wages or compensation then they do not collaborate with manager and leave the organization this way shortage of human service deliver can be faced in specific population.
