INTRODUCTION :- Implicit bias refers to those situation in which we start accepting the ideas and opinions of others,even without realizing it.It mainly takes place in our subconscious stage,and we somehow starts following the visions and behavior of the grouping which we are constant members of.

WHAT FACTORS WILL SHAPE IMPLICIT BIASES?

There are various factors which will shape implicit biases,which can be seen as follows :-

• ATTRIBUTE AND CONDUCT OF PEOPLE :- One of the factor that shapes implicit bias is attribute and conduct of people.It refers to the sense how they tend to behave with respect to certain people or community.We notice it and gets related with it without even knowing,thus starts accepting in our life,and thus in the process shaping the implicit bias.
• THOUGHTS AND PERCEPTION :- One of the major factor that shapes the implicit bias is the thoughts and perception of the people surrounding.It has huge impact on our thinking,and most of the time our mind without our conscious knowledge grab the perception of others,and we start using in our life as well,thus shaping the implicit bias.
