Justify the use of proximity sensors in production line
As most of the production process are getting automated day by day, we have to take care of lot of variables.
The variables under consideration would:
1. Force 2. Length 3. Temperature 4. Pressure
and many such variables should be taken into consideration according to the manufacturing process.
In order to caluculate these variables precisely we use proximity sensors which makes our lifes easier by providing accurate data required to automate the process.
Different types of proximity sensors are:
1. Inductive proximity sensors
2.Capacitive proximity sensors
3. Photoelectric proximity sensors
4. Ultrasonic proximity sensors
Design a line following robot by using AT89C51 microcontroller, DC motors and line sensors. Use Photo transistors and LEDs to design a line sensor. Use DC motos and attach DC motors to Microcontroller by using H-Bridge IC or circuit. Use assembly language for programming. Draw the model and simulate it. Show all the schematics and connections. 3 نقاط Given memory partitions of 100 KB, 500 KB, 200 KB, 300 KB, and 600 KB (in order), the processes of size 212KB,...
thank you Write a LogixPro ladder logic for a production line. A production line may be powered off accidentally or turned off for a noon break. Your PLC ladder logic program is to control the counter to retain the counted number and resume counting after the power is turned ON again. When the daily production reaches 500, the target completed indicator will be ON to remind the operator for keeping a record. Press the Clear button to clear the history...
Implement a new instrumentation system (sensors and indicators) that show the fuel level. These sensors and indicators will be used for monitoring and for controlling these parameters. Design circuit and indicate which sensor to use.
n sensors all having range equal to 2, form a unit line graph arranged on a line such that the ith sensor has x-coordinate equal to xi = i - 1/i, for i = 1; 2; ....... n. 1. [1 pt] List by coordinate the first 5 vertices (left to right) of the resulting graph. 2. [1 pt] List by coordinate pairs the first 5 edges (left to right) of the resulting graph. 3. [1 pts] Is the resulting graph...
Draw a circuit to interface the output of a two-wire NO proximity sensor that uses a 24 VDC power supply to the digital input line of an MCU that operates with VDD of 5 V.
We want to set a Wireless Sensor Network with over 100 sensors that are at around 50 meters distance from the central server. The sensors need to use batteries, as no access to electrical power is available for them. The information transmitted between the sensors and the server is in the 1kb/s range. What type of networking protocol you would use (Wi-Fi, ZigBee or Bluetooth) and why?
Use a production function and the subsistence line from the Malthusian model to show that an advance in technology does not affect output per worker in the long run. Explain your diagram clearly.
1. Explain and justify the current immunization practices for Hepatitis A and B. Justify the use of this vaccination as part of childhood immunizations. 2. Describe the importance of vaccination and the potential hazards for healthcare workers. Justify the immunization or titer testing for all employees.
Question #76 Operations Management TechSpecs uses Irate sensors made by The Irving Corporation in several of its products. TechSpecs would like to use last year's demand for its products to better manage next year's inventory levels of Irate sensors. Last year, the average daly use of rate was 15,164 and the average delivery lead time was 30 days per unit. TechSpecs wants to retain at least 606,568 units of Irate as safety stock. Given this information, what reorder point should...
Q.1 (25 Pt.): Simulate the following circuit used for sensors with differential outputs. You may use DC or sine-wave signals to demonstrate the behavior. You are to use PSIM (demo version should be more than enough.) R can be of any value, e.g., 1 k 2. V R R • Vout R R ww V2
