This approach is really powerful if you don't care what others think or what they say till you obtain the desired behavioral. In cognitive approach, the cognitive psychologist consider that the behavioral is decided by the emotion and expectations of human body. In humanistic approach, the humanistic psychologist consider that the human is virtually good and that they are motivated to understand their probability. This approach is based on how human can feel good about themselves after achieving their needs and goals. The humanistic psychologist operate on individual acknowledgment.
