Answer - When it comes to work life balance , the most valuable benefit my supervisor can provide is that he can grant me leave on various holidays and grant me leave at proper time on working days and by not burdening me with ample of work . It would allow me to achieve the work life balance in the way that when I would get leaves on various holidays , I could spend my time with my family and relatives on those days .
