Solution:

  1. Yes, it is always important to have appropriate training programs designed for our workforce to keep them up to date with the latest technologies. This will help the business save a lot on the costs of hiring new employees with these skills and hence this decision to conduct training is the appropriate decision to make. Using the third vendor will give us a variety of options to choose from and we can then choose the option of the vendor that matches the most with our requirements and this is why it is necessary to have multiple options of vendors to choose from.
  2. In order to motivate the trainee, it is necessary to view the training from the perspective of the trainee. Trainees are generally motivated employees already and a little bit of push can motivate them to higher levels and hence this will result in a successful training program.
    To motivate the trainees the company can showcase the career path available for the trainees after their training ends. They should also show the history of the business and ensure that the trainees are getting interested in the business of the company.

    Trainees should also meet the top management of the company and interact with them to ensure that the trainees get motivated after meeting the top management and hence make the most of the opportunity they have to work with the company.
  3. Individualized approaches to training are important and effective only when the nature of the job concerned is to work in silos. Only in those cases, individualized training can have a good impact. In general, jobs that we do it is essential to have classroom training because that builds up the team spirit within the employees and helps in building the ability to work in teams for the employees. The agenda of classroom training is to break the ice and make everyone comfortable around each other for work.
    Hence, this is why classroom training are more important than individualized training.
