how dose Rotation sensor in ev3 works
When we say that an axle (or a wheel) completed 1 rotation, it
means that it turned one
full circle, returning to its starting position.
A Rotation Sensor measures how much an axle connected to it turns.
In the starting
position, as you turn on the RCX, the sensor value is 0. When the
axle turns in one
direction, the sensor value displayed on the RCX increases; it
decreases (indicating a
negative number in some cases) as the axle turns in the opposite
direction.
how dose the infrared sensor work in EV3
A single intraoral image using a digital sensor results in an effective exposure dose of? a. 0.002 mSv b. 0.020 mSv c. 0.2000 mSv d. 2.000 mSv e. 20.00 mSv
Briefly explain how the micrometer works (i.e. what one full rotation of the rod means, the relationship between “horizontal” and “vertical” increments on the micrometer, and how the distances are converted to a voltage measurement.) What is the relationship between voltage and displacement, as examined in the LVDT experiment? Were the voltage readings within the linear range of the LVDT? After taking a few readings, was the voltage reading still zero when you returned to 0.500 inches on the micrometer?...
How do you calibrate a sensor for static calibration?
10. Move the Motion Sensor. Place the Motion Sensor at the bottom of the track pointing up the track. 11. Check the Motion Sensor. Start with the cart at least 50 em in front of the sensor. Practice pushing the cart up the track so the cart doesn't go over the top of the track and stopping the cart before it gets within the 50 em of the sensor. Start the sensor and push the carit up the track. Stop...
Using Arduino create a program that performs the temperature control of an oven. The thermocouple sensor it works 0 oC at 100 oC delivering a voltage of 0V through a transducer to 5V. It is necessary to average the voltage of 10 sensor samples to have better accuracy in the measurement. If the average temperature is higher than 50 degrees then the cold water recirculation pump is turned on for 30 seconds. Simulate the sensor with a voltage divider using...

This is a Electric power board for a sensor. Name the parts or components and how they are connected.
Gas tanks have a fuel level sensor to indicate how much fuel is in the tank. Is this sensor a transducer? Explain your answer.
