We know that art imitates life, in that we take pictures of what we see, we erect sculptures of famous living people etc. But in what ways does life imitate art? (example: someone who names their child after a literary or movie character) There is a great debate on weather art imitates life, or if life imitates art. What do you think? Explain with examples.

Answer #1

Initially, art imitates life and artists with their observation and imagination brings the past o life thus, create history for the future generations to see them and derive inspiration from them. This would mean that people would gain enough examples and role models from arts, beside arts are the reflections of life which would help people learn the past mistakes and would be able to overcome them in their present life. This would also mean that people would also be able to gift their children with the relevant way of life.
