Hi everyone,

I hope you know the purpose of why we are here today. Integrity! The proposition of having strong moral principles and being true but in reality what do you think are people honest? The evidence of frauds like biggest companies in the world like 'Enron' doesn't supports that the shareholders lost around $74 billion. This negative emotion can probe the investors to never invest again because even the investors want to invest in companies which have truthful employees.

Some steps which we must take to promote a culture of integrity would be :-

a) Education - educate the employees about the implications of integrity through mediums like seminars, online courses, podcasts etc and explainining them what a truthful culture can do and bring out the best in an organization.

b) Compensation - Promote a culture where similar positions are offered salaries with equality so that the employees shall not feel cheated.

c) Essential Communication- its necessary to engage with employees, talk about their career aspirations, or their personality so that they dont dont left out and the best of them can be taken out

d) Promote competition - Competition shall be promoted so that the employees can work towards goals rather than initiating politics.

Please hit like button.

Took lot of efforts :)
