Question: Discussing the human relations culture of the company.

Answer: The Human relations culture of Google emphasis on:

  • Openness, Openly welcoming thoughts of employees.
  • Honesty, maintaining honesty with work.
  • Creativity, bringing out creativity wherever required.
  • Innovation, creating innovative designs to maintain workflow.
  • Smartness, excellent working needs smart employees. etc

There Human Relations culture leads to employees satisfaction and reduce in their employee turnover rate which will help the company to lead its way to success.

-Following are the ways 7 major Human Relations themes play part in their culture:

  1. Communication: Effective communication helps to avoid misunderstanding and also build strong relationship between employees and their superiors,
  2. Self-Awareness: This helps the employees to have better knowledge about their strengths and weakness and they can make decision accordingly to participate in any of such program or not.
  3. Acceptance: Employees can face the reality and accept the mistakes and correct them in given time which will help them overcome the obstacles.
  4. Motivation: Motivating employees through rewards, recognition or appreciation will boost their morale and create a sense of responsibility in them.
  5. Confidence: Employees are confident to face any problem or obstacles and they can also grab opportunity in future.
  6. Disclosure: Employees will able to disclose their weaknesses as they have confidence of improving these weaknesses and give their maximum potential.
  7. Solution to Conflicts: With experience and correct presence of mind employees can come up with different solution to solve a dispute between other peers or between superior and subordinate.

  • Retirement benefits,

-The popularity and their organizational culture attracts my attention and also several career opportunities and their benefit packages makes me want to work with this company as it will enhance my knowledge and skills and give me excellent experience of work which.
