Hotel card system main functionalities:
1.Reception:Contains details about rooms ,building, booked rooms ,available rooms and customer details.
2.Select room: Choose room from available rooms
3.Issue card. Card is used to unlock door. Authority card will be issued to employee by manager. Customer will be given customer card by employee.
4. Card verification: By verifying card door will be unlocked. This can be used by manager,customer and employee.
5. Bill payment: To exit from hotel bill can be paid.
6. Check out: To go out from hotel .Details of available rooms will be modified.
DFD level 0: It gives basis introduction about the system.
DFD Level 1: Explains the system in a broad manner than level 0
DFD level 2: Gives complete explanation about the system.
