Answer #1

Pre interview guidelines help interviewer understand the motive of hiring and recruitment and accordingly look for candidates who fit into requirements, secondly, the guidelines provide right flow of questions and help bring in what kind of questions best suit the job role offered.

Interviews outcome is prepared using weighted average approach where individual scores on different parameters used for assessment is recorded and then cumulative score helps analyse the results for best candidate selection.

Differentiation in interview results are resolved using brainstorming and taking expert reviews and taking common ground approach which ultimately benefits organisations long and short. Taking calibrated view in higher interests helps resolve differences and build trust and relationships.
