A direct channel is easy for the consumer and fits with dells consumer behaviour.

Dell has used many different channels to sell their pc over time such as computer stores department .

The dell direct model based on direct sales from the pc manufacturers to the corporate customers or to consumer

The dell indirect channel were using indirecting sales channel since the inception of the IBM PC company in since 1981 the approach to selling pc is corporation through indirect channel.

Dell started out as a direct seller first using a discovery identify distribution channels for our startup.
