Describe some examples of organisms transported as the part of the Columbian Exchange that have had detrimental or beneficial effects (I expect to see examples of both from the class) on Western Hemisphere societies and/or ecosystems.

In Columbian exchange system they have exchanged so many things that are beneficial for ecosystem and mankind. That are,

On domestic exchange it include- cat, chicken, goat, donkey, honeybee, rabbit, horse, pig, sheep etc.

Also there were so many items in cultivated plants, cultivated fungi etc.

That exchange supported life in both the hemispheres and also supported ecosystem.
