The Technology that needs to be used for the servicing market for academy sports is constantly evolving due to advances in the technology hence the need for continuous improvement in the processes of the Academy sports. Hence, because of such a fast-paced environment, the locus of decision making has to be close to all the departments and hence it is needed to take the appropriate decisions as fast as possible to keep the operations smoothly flowing. To coordinate among the departments it is imperative that the communication within departments of Academy sports should be seamless because with proper communication channels the process will be smoother and hence allow for better servicing the market for the needed demand. The design considerations are an important factor to take into account because the product design plays an important role in the success of the product hence it should be focused on and made sure the design is in line with the standards set for the same.
