The USA media has always a negative approach over the black population. Black population around the USA and Africa are always considered as violent and dangerous according to the US media. However, the white population is always considered as deprived, innocent and victim of violence conducted by the black population. Hence, a negative stereotype portrayal has been drawn by the US media about black lives.

Four goals

Four goals which can be used for writing about this topic are as follows:

• To understand the level of racial biases in the USA media
• To demonstrate ethical perspective of the USA media to inform real-life situation of black lives
• To understand the outcome of negative media coverage regarding social discrimination
• To evaluate the role of media to demonstrate social reality of black lives

Target audience

The target audience here is the black population of the USA and Africa. The USA media coverage has always a partial gesture for the white population. Moreover, the USA media spread fake news on the black population by posturing them as the social villain. This negative media coverage has adversely impacted on the lives of the black population. However, the US media care to show its ethical perspective towards black population. Moreover, the sad reality of black population must be under coverage to draw attention of policymakers to improve their lives.

Purpose in writing

The purpose in writing to the audience is to raise awareness on negative media coverage about black lives, to concern public about a biased attitude of media and to concern policymakers to improve the lives of black population. It can be impactful on improving black matter by satisfying their expectations.
