I will prefer to concentrate on the following three facets in the sales pitch-

1- The extent of extrovrtness of the prospect-

Being extrovert matters a lot in a sales and marketing oriented task. Being able to be involved in people and cultivate relationships is essential.

2- Command on communication-

The skills and capabilities of a person to communicate and create an influence and electrifying impact is needed. Verbal and non verbal communication both must be finer. Soft skills will fetch better outcomes, profits and market share.

3- Skilled in Microsoft MS Excel, PowerPoint and MS Word because the complete functioning occurs through these attributes.

The above mentioned ghee facets will lead to better recruitment.
