I believe a lot of the time when people start a sentence with “no offence, but” it ends up being something positive, something that actually would have a good impact on your life, but it’s more than likely going to come off rude. “No offence, but this is a better way to do it.” Someone is trying to improve the way you’re going about something, but it comes out wrong and completely backfires.

a few good ways to avoid situations like this would be:

· Not to say any negative information at all in your sentence

· Give reason as to why the negative is negative to improve

· Avoid negative words as much as possible, spin your words in a more positive way

· Start positive, put the negative in the middle of your presentation and end in a sincere way
