For Learning and Development through these competencies, some specialized training is required, details as mentioned below:

Leading Self:

-Takes Accountability: This attribute may be boosted up through exhibiting discipline, integrity and execution. A training session demonstrating how to stand by the outcomes of the action or choices they suggested may help to achieve a clear approach

-Drives Performance: A training to show how to communicate effectively while keeping clarity during communication, setting a result focused approach and more importantly emphasizing on why its important to think differently

- Makes Decisions: Training on decision making

- Training on effective Communication skills

- Training on Building talent and Teams
