1. Do you like constant feedback? Or do you prefer instructions followed by a final report?

✓ I do like feedbacks, especially at the initial days of my work at a new firm. It helps me to correct the mistake and learn immediately how to perform something.

2. What is the most difficult decision you have ever made?

✓ the most difficult decision I ever made is to go against my parents will and pursue post graduation. As they wanted me to join business and were very serious about it.

3. Describe a team when you gave up your personal goals for the good of the team.

✓ at the time, when I was sales executive a year back, me and the team members were assigned to open some 200 accounts of a firm, in that period, within a week I completed my quota of opening the account and was given opportunity to go for a vacation. But, I remained with the team and helped the other fellow members to do their job so that the team gets rewarded.

4. What is an accomplishment that you are most proud of?

✓ it was a dream to secure top rank at the University, and that dream came true with strong determination and it's my biggest achievement as I perceived what I wanted to.

5. Describe a time when you failed. How did you overcome that failure?

✓ I failed to meet my first month target when I newly joined my previous employing firm, but I didn't gave up, I tried to understand how other members are doing it, how to really break the deal and get the client close the deals and made the changes to my working style, which helped me achieve target and to perform effectively in the next month's.

6. In a group situation, when there is negative tension between members, and you are the leader, how do you resolve the issue?

✓ I would listen to each member and try to get as much as details possible to get resolution and also negotiate a proper solution with each members involvement and satisfaction.

7. What do you hope to gain from this position with our company?

✓ I hope to gain thorough knowledge and all the insights tied to the position and how to handle such level of designation which helps me to improve my career and make me a valuable asset to the organisation where I work.

8. What sets you apart from the other 7 people being interviewed today?

✓ everyone has there own capabilities, but, I am kind of stubborn person who like to get the work done, always want to grow and learn on a continuous basis. Other people may want a job for Their livelihood and career. But I want to be a brand for the firm. Want to grow along with organisation. And have aims to meet professional and personal goals.
