The ribosome binds to the ribosome binding site at the 5` end of the mRNA and translate it into protein, ribosome binding site is not required for genes which are not transcribed into proteins among the options 16S ribosomal RNA genes are the one hich are not transcribed into proteins so the answer is A) 16S ribosomal RNA genes
