HCG is (human Chorionic Gonadotropin). It is pregnancy hormone.The amount of hCG in your body increases rapidly within 2-3 dayz of pregnancy. hCG levels will double every 72 hours.Its become highest at eight to ten weeks.The urine of women is taken into vessel.When urine of women comes in contact with the specially treated strip on a pregnancy test stick, indicating whether or not hCG, the pregnancy hormone, has been detected.
In ELISA pregnancy, can be detected by human chorionic gonadotropin hormone (HCG), the commonly measured protein .
