The favorite program of mine which has been launched by the De Blasio administration is the "City Mentoring program". This program is my favorite because it will connect the public servants and the youth of New York. The primary objective of this program is to share insight information to the youth of the city. The information to the youth will be shared by the public servants. Apart from this, the program also aims at guiding the young generation. Here youh generation means students studying in schools and colleges. As per the program if this generation is guided using proper models then the possibility of their success is high and it can also help the youth to succeed in their academics and careers. The main objective of this program is to engage more than 14000 citizens of New York as mentors. This model is also liked by me because this model will engage almost 400 schools of New York in the mentoring program. The program which has been initiated if carried out or executed properly then it has the capability of helping a large number of young generation. This mentoring can help to build fresh minds within the city which will further produce efficient human resource within the country. Apart from this if this mentoring program is monitored properly it can be seen that the entire program has been constructed very systematically. Once the program is started by the volunteers the possibility of complexity in the execution of this initiative is less.

I want to work in the office of the Mayor due to several solid reasons. The mayor's office is dynamic in nature and is considered to be a great place to work in. Working in this office can help me to connect with the citizens of New York and i can be a part of those program which aims at creating a positive impact on the citizens. Throughout my studies i have been dedicated and i am a hard worker. I think my skills like dedication, hard work will match my job role if i am a part of the mayor's office. This is also one of the major reason which drives me to work at the Mayor's office. Working at Mayor's office will also help me to understand the process of formulation of strategies which can further improve the condition of New York. I can understand the various concepts related to innovation, finance and also the culture of the citizens of New York if i am a part of this office. Furthermore, there are few departments in this office which helps the employee to understand how to work as per the professional standard. I have always wanted to be a part of an organisation which aims at helping citizens in an effective way. This organisation also initiated several programs which can help the young generation of New York. Thus, knowing the citizens of New York and working in order to make their life better drags me to join this organisation.
