Answer: Smart city- Cannot be defined in one sentence, it has different characteristics. In USA and Europe, smart city may be different for people, In India, smart city may be different, it depends upon the feasibility and satisfaction that people have, living in a city.

Goals of smart cities- Are as following:

1. Economical, social, cultural and infrastructural development.
2. Safety and security for the people of city.
3. Working for the welfare of society.
4. Making a pollution free city by increasing greenery.

Elements that lead to success in Smart cities- Are as following:

1. A city that is economically and financially stable is a smart city.
2. A city that is growing in terms of infrastructure and technology is smart city.
3. A city which is safe for people of the city specially for children and ladies is a smart city.
4. A city which has no or less pollution, which has greenery and cleanliness all over is a smart city.
5. A city where people love to stay and live because of love of the people living there, knowledge sharing and has efficient service is a smart city.
