The project control is a process which develops the plan by measuring the actual performance with the planned performance and contact with the project team to show them the report of the project. In which they need forecasting and take corrective action to make the planned production is equals to the actual performance and apply Change management.

project control is Defined by the manager, who does the project control. Project control is approved by the project manager or the functional manager who provide the resources for the project. Project control is used to find out the deviations between the actual plan and the planned performance. It finds out the difference and takes the corrective measures to match the actual performance with the expected performance.
