Mars Model is mostly applicable in management but it can also be applied to banks. Mars Model includes motivation, ability, role perception and situational factors. Such as employees would be more persistent and have cognitive thoughts which would trigger employees to work for the customers. And this case can be applied to banks as it would help the customers to get more service. Employees, in banking sector can effectively use their skills and help the people in needs. Besides, as banks aims to solve customers' problems, and they need to focus fully on the customer service so this model can be implemented to make the banking service more effective. Mars Model is also based on the situational factors which is also very effective for the employees in banks as they truely needs to learn how to work on critical situations.
